Jayden Daniels will start Sunday for Washington in Minnesota, per Dan Quinn

Related Players: Marcus Mariota

Fantasy Impact:

Daniels has a middling matchup against the Vikings defense, but we know what he can do with his legs as long as he's on the field. He's a safe start as a QB1 once again, barring any unforeseen setbacks.

Dec 04, 2025 · 7:08 PM EST

Commanders upgraded QB Jayden Daniels to a full participant at today’s practice.

He is trending in the right direction to start Sunday at Minnesota.

Related Players: Marcus Mariota

Fantasy Impact:

Looks as if Daniels is trending towards playing in Week 14, which would put him right back into the fantasy consciousness. We could potentially see a sophomore showdown between him and J.J. McCarthy, but there's also the possibility that neither ends up playing. We'll keep an eye on the situation as the week rolls along.

Commanders QB Jayden Daniels Out, WR Terry McLaurin "expected" to play Week 13

Adam Schefter

Nov 28, 2025 · 2:03 PM EST

Commanders HC Dan Quinn ruled out QB Jayden Daniels for Sunday night’s game vs. Denver but expects WR Terry McLaurin to play.

Related Players: Marcus Mariota, Deebo Samuel, Jaylin Lane, Noah Brown

Fantasy Impact:

We'll see if McLaurin is on any type of "pitch count", but he could be used as a desperation Flex in the WR4 range. Mariota would be back in streamer range if this weren't the Broncos defense, but as it stands, he's probably below QB20 territory.
