Cardinals don't open window for QB Kyler Murray (foot)

Cardinals quarterback Kyler Murray has missed the last four games while on injured reserve, which means he is now eligible to return to practice and be activated to play in games.

That’s not going to happen this week, however. Head coach Jonathan Gannon said at his Monday press conference that Murray is “not quite there yet” in his recovery from a foot injury.

Fantasy Impact:

When Murray was injured, there was a lot of speculation that he might not return to the lineup again this season even if he’s healthy and that the two sides are on track to part ways when the season is over, the story said. The story added, during an appearance on Arizona Sports Monday, Gannon said that he has no objection to playing Murray if the quarterback is well enough to play. Brissett will get at least one more week as the starter and it will be a later Sunday game at home against the Rams.

Rams RB Kyren Williams’ ankle was “pretty good” today, per Sean McVay.

Williams popped up as questionable to return to the game with an ankle injury, but Williams did manage to return and scored a touchdown as well. The post went on to say Williams said the scar tissue from previous injuries made it easier to deal with in-game yesterday. Corum played on 32% of the snaps and finished with a 7-81-1 line. Meanwhile Williams went for 13-72-1. Williams should be good for Week 14 but Corum has definitely been eating into his workload.

Bengals WR Tee Higgins is still in concussion protocol, coach Zac Taylor said.

Fantasy Impact:

The hope was Higgins would be back after missing Thanksgiving night's game because of a concussion, but still being in protocol isn't a great sign for Week 14. It's possible Higgins can still clear for an early Sunday game at the Bills. We'll continue to track Higgins' progress on practice reports this week. Iosivas did catch a TD, but it was his only reception while Tinsley had two catches. Brown was targeted seven times and had seven catches to go along with 15 rushing attempts and may see that workload again if Higgins is out.

Ravens RB Justice Hill will be out three to four weeks with a neck injury, coach John Harbaugh said.

Fantasy Impact:

Ali played 48% of snaps last Thursday and touched the ball four times for 17 rushing yards. Mitchell played on just 13% of snaps and also touched the ball four times but produced two catches for 12 yards and a rushing touchdown for a pretty decent fantasy day for his touches. The snaps say to pick up Ali but it could be Mitchell who starts to get more work, and we already know he can produce with limited touches, dating back to 2023.
