Ravens QB Lamar Jackson returns to Friday practice, "on track" to play Week 14

Lamar Jackson has returned to practice and is on track to play Sunday vs. the Steelers.

Fantasy Impact:

Without looking, it seems like Jackson has missed at least one practice every week of the season, so we shouldn't have been too worried about his ability to start Week 14. With that said, his long list of ailments has absolutely capped his 2025 ceiling, particularly in the running game. He's still a QB1, but not in that top-3 range we've become accustomed to.

Fantasy Impact:

Even if Kincaid misses, we've seen a sharp decline in usage for Knox as a pass-catcher, so he's off the Week 14 streaming radar.

Whether or not Palmer plays, the only wide receiver we can trust is Shakir, who should be valued in the WR3 range.

Minnesota Vikings quarterback J.J. McCarthy cleared concussion protocol Thursday, his final step in returning to the starting lineup in time for Sunday's game against the Washington Commanders.

Fantasy Impact:

The Vikings have a nice offensive infrastructure, but McCarthy has not been able to take advantage of it in his limited playing time. He's got a good matchup here but it's hard to consider him fantasy-worthy outside of SuperFlex leagues for Week 14.

Cowboys WR CeeDee Lamb has been ruled out with a concussion.

Fantasy Impact:

Lamb has a little bit longer to clear protocol with 10 days until their next game, but it's definitely something to keep an eye on. Pickens remains in fantasy consideration regardless, but Flournoy could end up as a FLEX consideration after receiving more playing time than usual. He finished 115 yards on 13 targets in the shootout.
