Raiders WR Henry Ruggs said on a conference call he's 100 percent after his leg injury.
"I feel totally like myself, if not better. ...I'm ready to go," the tweet went on to say. Ruggs was the first WR off the board back in April. Ruggs said he was 'hard headed' doing more than doctors told him to do. He got ahead of schedule and is fully ready to go. Ruggs should see starter’s snaps from day one. Since 2000, the first receiver drafted has averaged 44.7 catches for 618 yards and 4.1 touchdowns, or 8.0 half-PPR fantasy points per game. Since 2010, those numbers have been slightly better (49.6-684-4.2, 8.2 PPG).
