New England RB Fred Taylor Misses Another Practice

On a day that usually has them flying down to wherever they’ve playing, the Patriots held practice today on the Gillette Stadium practice fields in preparation for Monday night’s game against the Dolphins.

Tomorrow, of course, will be travel day. So, what happened at Patriots practice?

As it turns out, the Patriots worked out without running back Fred Taylor for the fourth consecutive day. Based on past precedent, that would indicate Taylor (toe) will be out for the Dolphins game, though it hasn’t been made official.

Fantasy Impact:

With Taylor likely to be out, BenJarvus Green-Ellis will see a lot action. We can expect to see a dose of Sammy Morris and Danny Woodhead as well. Green-Ellis is the best fantasy choice, but as always, the New England running back situation is unpredictable.
