Jets cleaning house, will release or trade Eric Decker this week

And now the Jets are parting ways with WR Eric Decker, sources tell ESPN. Have told WR they either will release or trade him this week.

Fantasy Impact:

Decker is #good. He would instantly bolster any receiving corps in the league, so we'll be watching this situation closely. Quincy Enunwa and Robbie Anderson and ArDarius Stewart get a bump, but there are still major quarterback issues in New York.

Fantasy Impact:

The Chargers have a very pass-friendly matchup against the Titans in Week 3, which could see them shy away from the run. Chargers running backs (namely, Joshua Kelley) averaged 2.6 yards per carry last week and switched heavily into the pass once the second half started. We should expect more of that, heavily reducing Kelley's Week 3 stock.

Lions RB David Montgomery (thigh) is doubtful for Sunday. WR Amon-Ra St. Brown (toe) is questionable, and LT Taylor Decker (ankle) is out again.

The Gibbs breakout game may be coming sooner than expected, but we imagine that the team will give Reynolds plenty of early-down run if Montgomery misses Week 3. Gibbs is currently ranked as the RB10 in 4for4's rankings.

Fantasy Impact:

It's hard to see how Tyreek Hill could possibly have a higher target rate, but it's certainly in the cards for Sunday. Berrios and Cracraft are reasonable Flex plays in deep leagues, while Durham Smythe could get some scraps, making him a top-20ish TE.
