Colts coach Shane Steichen: Anthony Richardson cleared concussion protocol and will start Sunday's game.

Fantasy Impact:

Minshew didn't look as good in Week 3 as he had in emergency duty the previous week, but the Colts still got the win. Richardson was emerging as a fantasy star before taking a hit that gave him the concussion back in Week 2. Now that he's active, he is a shoo-in as a top-ten option due to his rushing prowess.

The Saints officially listed QB Derek Carr (left hand/concussion) as doubtful for Sunday vs. Washington. Jake Haener will make his first NFL start.

RB Alvin Kamara (illness) is off the injury report and good to go.

It would have been an easy click for a Kendre Miller week if Kamara were forced to miss, but this puts the kibosh on that. Fire Kamara up as an RB2 this week in a game that may feature him even more than usual with no Carr.
