Carroll: Rashaad Penny will "for sure" return to practice

Pete Carroll told reporters Friday that RB Rashaad Penny will "for sure" return to practice next week. Penny has been on IR all season. He would have three weeks to be activated before staying on IR for the season.

This may be too little too late for season-long fantasy, but DFS players should take note of his return assuming the Seahawks make the playoffs.
