Colts QB Andrew Luck (right shoulder, out) missed practice all week and is out for Week 2. Jacoby Brissett will draw the start this week after Scott Tolzien stunk it up against the Rams in Week 1. In two starts as a rookie with the Patriots last year, Brissett completed 28 of 46 passes (60.9% completion) for 308 total yards and a 6.70 YPA. He didn't throw a single touchdown or interception, but he did run the ball 12 times for 71 yards and a touchdown. This is not a huge upgrade for Indy from a fantasy standpoint, but there's a chance Brissett posts a decent passing line against Arizona, and that would benefit T.Y. Hilton, Donte Moncrief and Jack Doyle. Brissett's ability to run may open up a few running lanes for Frank Gore.

Week 1 at Los Angeles Rams
Andrew Luck is out Week 1, and Scott Tolzien will get the start, with newly acquired Jacoby Brissett still learning the playbook. Let's sum this up for you: Tolzien stinks. Tolzien had one start last season and scored only 8.8 fantasy points at home against Pittsburgh. He did not have a touchdown pass this preseason. The Rams are only 23rd in our aFPA vs. QBs, but there are plenty of better options for your Week 1 starting lineup if looking to stream the position.
