Tier One

Josh Allen (QB1) -- The overall QB1 in fantasy points the past two years, Allen has averaged 24.1 per game in 33 starts with Stefon Diggs. The former's 6.7 carries in that time cement him atop his positional hierarchy with the highest floor possible.

Lamar Jackson (QB2) -- Baltimore's streak of leading the league in run play rate from neutral game script for consecutive seasons came to a halt after the team reluctantly schemed a career-high 31.8 pass attempts per game for Jackson to make up for its plethora of injuries both in the backfield and on defense. He has encouragingly averaged 11.1 carries per contest the past three seasons.

Justin Herbert (QB3) -- Los Angeles' fourth-highest pass play rate on early downs allowed Herbert to leap from QB8 under coach Anthony Lynn to the overall QB2 behind Brandon Staley's aggressiveness.
