Streaming Tight Ends: Week 11 Targets
While there are a whopping six teams off in Week 11, only some of you will be impacted at the tight end level, with only Evan Engram, Mike Gesicki, Jordan Reed and Jimmy Graham losing any fantasy relevance from their respective couches, and even that’s a stretch. With the fantasy playoffs looming, hopefully, we can find some serviceable replacements to fill in this week. (But no promises because tight end is super gross this week, as it has been every week in 2020.)
As a strategy, streaming aims to find players with above-average matchups, which can hopefully translate to fantasy TE1 production for your fantasy squad. For streaming purposes, 4for4’s Schedule-Adjusted Fantasy Points Allowed (aFPA) is a metric we rely heavily on to determine weekly matchup strength. As the season continues to progress and more data is available, aFPA becomes more and more reliable, using rolling 10-week data. Targets and efficiency metrics are also considered when choosing weekly streamers.

Week 10 was another stinker at tight end, but at least Logan Thomas showed up with 8.6 half-PPR points (TE7). So far, 4for4’s optimal streamer boasts 142.3 total points—good enough for the overall fantasy TE1 on the season.
In order to provide advice you can actually implement, candidates for streaming must be rostered in no more than 40% of Yahoo! fantasy leagues.

Logan Thomas (Football Team) vs. Bengals
Thomas is the clear add here in a sea of pretty crappy options at tight end this week, and really every week. He caught 4-of-6 balls for 66 yards in Week 10 and was among the top tight ends in routes run.
Week 11 brings a juicy tilt at home against the Bengals, who sit 29th in TE aFPA, with the third-most tight end yards surrendered so far in 2020. Thomas is rostered in 35% of Yahoo! leagues and quite possibly could be over the streaming cutoff after this week.
