Week 9 Fantasy Football Practice News & Notes for Friday

Jaguars QB Blake Bortles (right wrist) took full practice reps all week. No worries here.

Dolphins QB Jay Cutler (ribs, questionable) took full practice reps all week and is questionable for Week 9. Cutler will be fine to face the Raiders. He has a bit more upside now that DeVante Parker is set to return.

Ravens QB Joe Flacco (concussion, questionable) took full practice reps all week and is questionable for Week 9. Flacco expects to play in Week 9, but he’ll have to get through the league’s concussion protocol by Sunday.

Colts QB Andrew Luck (right shoulder) was removed from the injury report Friday. Luck was placed on injured reserve and is out for the year. Jacoby Brissett will continue to start for the Colts.

Dolphins QB Matt Moore (back) returned to take full practice reps Friday after missing practice Thursday.

Panthers QB Cam Newton (right shoulder) took limited practice reps all week. He was removed from the injury report, so he’s good to go.

Texans QB Deshaun Watson (knee) was removed from the injury report Friday after taking limited practice reps Thursday. Watson is done for the year with a torn ACL, suffered in practice. Tom Savage would be a decent spot start given a great matchup against the Colts, though he wasn't impressive early in the season.

Buccaneers QB Jameis Winston (right shoulder, questionable) took full practice reps on Friday after being limited earlier in the week and is questionable for Week 9. The full practice indicates that Winston will be able to play against the Saints. Tampa plays early on Sunday.
