Chalk

Philip Rivers projects to be the highest-owned quarterback on DraftKings and FanDuel for Week 14. With 13 games on the slate and multiple ways to go with roster construction, there isn’t much risk in fading Rivers, especially once you factor in that quarterback scoring is flatter than other positions. If I am paying up at the position, there is a good chance Rivers is where I land.

  • Philip Rivers ($8,100/$6,800) and the Chargers have the slate’s highest implied team total at 26 points in Week 14 against a Washington defense ranked 19th in quarterback aFPA. He’s been consistent over his last four games, scoring 16 or more fantasy points, while also throwing for at least 340 yards in two of his past four. Washington has allowed two or more passing touchdowns in five of their last seven games. Rivers shouldn’t be too hard to fit into rosters this week with some of the value plays that have already opened up.
