Wild Card Round vs. Atlanta Falcons
Todd Gurley sat out of the Rams' Week 17 loss to the 49ers in preparation for the playoffs. He led the NFL with 2,093 scrimmage yards this season and was second among running backs with 788 receiving yards in 2017. He's the complete package and will be a monster in the playoffs. Even though Gurley will face the No. 1-rated fantasy defense against running backs on Saturday night when the Rams host the Falcons, he is a must-start in all formats. He is our top-rated running back for Wild Card weekend.
Week 16 at Tennessee Titans
Todd Gurley had a monster performance in Week 15, rushing 21 times for 152 yards and scoring 3 touchdowns while also catching all 3 of his targets for 28 yards and a fourth touchdown. If you're reading this, chances are you didn't face Gurley last week in your fantasy playoffs because you're most likely finished. Gurley and the Rams dominated a depleted Seattle defense that was playing without linebacker K.J. Wright and against a one-legged Bobby Wagner. It was the perfect storm for Gurley owners and he produced.
Ranked as our No. 2 RB for Week 16, Gurley is a must-start for when the Rams visit the Titans on Sunday. Tennessee ranks seventh against fantasy running backs this season but Gurley is matchup-proof.
Week 15 at Seattle Seahawks
Todd Gurley rushed 13 times for 96 yards and 2 touchdowns while adding 3 receptions for 39 additional yards in the Rams' Week 14 loss to the Eagles. Sean McVay admitted in the days following the loss he should have stuck more with Gurley and the ground game. Gurley compiled 32 yards and a touchdown on just 2 touches in opening drive but was used sparingly the rest of the first half.
The Rams will head to Seattle on Sunday to take on the Seahawks in a pivotal NFC West matchup. Even though the Seahawks rank third against fantasy running backs this season, Gurley is matchup-proof. The high-volume back is our No. 3 ranked RB for Week 15 and needs to be in all lineups.
Week 14 vs. Philadelphia Eagles
Todd Gurley rushed for 74 yards on 19 carries and also caught 6-of-7 targets for 84 yards in the Rams’ Week 13 win over the Cardinals. For all Sean McVay has done to turn around this Rams franchise, the best thing he’s done since taking over for Jeff Fisher was turning Gurley into the versatile, dynamic weapon that he should be. Gurley has as much as a presence in the passing game as he does in the running game and the Rams have benefited greatly. Sunday marked the ninth time Gurley has totaled over 100 yards from scrimmage this season. He’s a beast.
The Rams host the Eagles this weekend in yet another pivotal NFC matchup. Philadelphia ranks third against fantasy running backs this season but Gurley is matchup-proof. Ranked as our No. 3 RB for Week 14, get him in all of your lineups.
Week 13 at Arizona Cardinals
Todd Gurley rushed 17 times for 74 yards in the Rams' Week 12 win over the Saints, adding 4 receptions for an additional 54 yards. He posted 120 yards from scrimmage for the seventh time in his last 11 games. Ranked as our No. 2 RB for Week 13, Gurley is a no-brainer RB1 for Sunday when the Rams visit the Cardinals.
Week 12 vs. New Orleans Saints
Todd Gurley rushed 15 times for 37 yards and one touchdown in the Rams' 24-7 loss to the Vikings in Week 11. As expected, the Rams couldn't generate their usual output of points against Minnesota's stingy defense. They marched right up field on the opening possession of the game but Gurley's touchdown run was all the scoring the Rams could muster.
Gurley should find the running lanes bigger on Sunday when the Rams host the Saints. New Orleans has been outstanding defensively this season but still rank just 22nd against fantasy running backs. Ranked as our No. 2 RB for Week 12, make sure Gurley is in all of your lineups for Sunday.
Week 11 at Minnesota Vikings
Todd Gurley rushed 11 times for 68 yards while also catching 6-of-7 targets for 68 yards in the Rams' Week 10 win over the Texans. One of his biggest plays came in the second quarter when he took a screen pass 43 yards. He followed up that play with a 15-yard run to set up a field goal for a Rams team that remains atop the NFC West. Gurley continues to be the focal point of the highest-scoring offense in the NFL. Sean McVay has done a tremendous job getting Gurley involved in both the running and passing game.
The Rams visit a Minnesota defense ranked first against fantasy running backs this season but Gurley still ranks as our No. 3 RB for Week 11. Despite the difficult matchup, he's too good to leave on your bench.
Week 10 vs. Houston Texans
Todd Gurley rushed 16 times for 59 yards and 2 touchdowns while also catching 2-of-3 targets for 45 yards in the Rams' Week 9 thrashing of the Giants. Both touchdowns were at the goal line and he could have scored again if he wasn't tackled at the 1-yard line after a 44-yard catch.
Gurley has a difficult matchup on Sunday when the Rams host a Texans defense ranked second against fantasy running backs this season. That said, the workhorse back is matchup proof again. The Rams offense is dynamic under Sean McVay and Gurley remains the lynchpin.

Week 9 at New York Giants
Todd Gurley rushed 22 times for 106 yards and 1 touchdown in the Rams' Week 7 victory over the Cardinals. He also caught 4-of-8 targets for 48 yards as Sean McVay continues to work him into the passing game. Gurley has now posted four 100-yard efforts in his last five games.
After a down sophomore season under Jeff Fisher, Gurley has thrived under the play-calling and offensive design of McVay. An every-week RB1, Gurley needs to be in your lineup on Sunday when the Rams travel to East Rutherford to play the Giants. New York ranks 19th against fantasy running backs this season, so the matchup is exploitable. Gurley is our No. 3 ranked RB for Week 9.
Week 7 vs. Cardinals (game in London)
Todd Gurley rushed 23 times for 116 yards in the Rams’ Week 6 win over the Jaguars. He also added 1 reception for 4 yards in the win. It was his third 100-yard performance in his last four games, with his only dud coming against the Seahawks in Week 5. Unfortunately for fantasy owners, Gurley was held out of the end zone for a second straight week but he remains productive.
Gurley is a weekly RB1 thanks to his volume. As improved as Jared Goff and the Rams’ passing game has been under Sean McVay, Gurley remains the focal point of the offense. He’ll be an RB1 again on Sunday when the Rams take on the Cardinals in London. Gurley is our No. 3 ranked RB for Week 7 and faces an Arizona defense ranked No. 13 against fantasy running backs.
