Jets RB Bilal Powell (shoulder, toe) missed practice Thursday. Powell has a fractured toe and is expected to play, but given the injury, it's difficult to recommend him as a sneaky start even in a great matchup against the Titans. Shonn Greene may see a few extra carries this week.
