Splash Sports Survivor Picks Week 9: (Seahawks over Cardinals)

We almost had another catastrophic loss week, but the Bengals came through for those who used them last week in the Splash Sports $21M Survivor World Championship pool. My picks went 2-0 last week as Cincinnati and Jacksonville both came out on top, but my trap game didn't trap as the Packers beat the Panthers.

On to Week 9, where we have the assistance of Sharpstack's EV Tool to guide us through this process, highlighting the win percentages of each NFL team and the optimal path, plus the option of a custom one if you are feeling it.

We have five contests with a spread of a touchdown or more, so plenty to choose from. Here's a look at the whole board for Week 9, and I'll get into my favorite picks below.

Seahawks vs. Cardinals (-12.5)

This is the safest pick on the board and best EV choice regardless of pool size. As of now, the Seahawks are the third-most popular despite being a 12.5-point favorite at home. In this column, we've been saving Seattle for this matchup, and there isn't a better one for them left.

49ers vs. Raiders (-10)

Another double-digit spread with a win percentage of 77.1%, the 49ers are also a solid option in Week 9. Their best remaining contest is in Week 18 against Arizona, so that's a choice to make here. Only 5.5% of the public are taking San Francisco, so there's an edge here.

Value Favorites

Jaguars @ Ravens (-10)

This is a Thursday night game, so some will stay away, but the Jags are favored by 10 with a 77.1% chance of victory. Jacksonville does face the Titans in Week 12, which is fairly juicy as well.
