NFL Draft Round 1 Fantasy Football Winners & Losers
The first round of the NFL Draft resulted in 10 offensive skill players being selected, with a large chunk possibly having an immediate fantasy impact. Or maybe not. Rookies are perennially unpredictable, but we do our best to digest what went down in Round 1 and assess their landing spots for fantasy purposes.
In the coming days and weeks, the 4for4 staff will have in-depth player profiles on every relevant rookie’s redraft stock, but for now, let’s take a look at the biggest winners and losers from Day 1 across the NFL.

Round 1 Winners
Carnell Tate (WR), Titans
We've seen some very good to elite WRs come from the top 10 picks in recent seasons, like Ja'Marr Chase, Malik Nabors, Jaylen Waddle, and more, and Carnell Tate landed in a spot where he'll have a shot to join them. The former Buckeye should slide right in as Cam Ward's top outside receiver, with other newbie Wan'Dale Robinson manning the slot for Tennessee. Ward's aggressive play style as a passer should serve Tate well downfield, and the targets should be bountiful for the rookie, as long as the sophomore QB takes a step forward in 2026.
Jadarian Price (RB), Seahawks
The 2026 NFL Draft was the Perfect Storm for Jadarian Price. Despite being a backup last season at Notre Dame, a lack of depth in the draft, a team with limited picks, and a dire need for RB talent created a first-round tag for the rookie. With Kenneth Walker now in Kansas City, Zach Charbonnet recovering from a late-season ACL injury, and Emanuel Wilson signed as a complementary piece, Price walks or runs right into an RB1 role for Seattle. There is mild concern for when Charbonnet returns, if the rookie doesn't garner a pass-catching role, but for now, things are looking pretty solid for a decent start. Do know there is risk if Price's price gets too steep.
