Fantasy Football Week 5 Good Vibes, Bad Vibes (Who Should I Start)

So far through the first four weeks, there are some teams with vibes we never saw coming. In the AFC, the Ravens and Dolphins are 1-3, while the Colts have stunned with a 3-1 record atop the AFC South.
Meanwhile, the defending Super Bowl champs are tops in the NFC East at 4-0, but their fantasy pieces aren’t matching their success, while San Francisco, Seattle, and the Rams are all tied at 3-1 in the West.
Bye weeks are starting for us in the fantasy realm and real life, too, but for the purposes of this column, I’m going to see what the vibes are looking like for fantasy lineups in Week 5.
Good Vibes
Quarterbacks
Kyler Murray vs. Titans
Play everyone against the Titans, right? That seems to be the vibe this season, as they just allowed a struggling C.J. Stroud to post 18.4 fantasy points. Enter Kyler Murray this week, who should put up some nice fantasy goodness with both his arm and legs.
Justin Fields vs. Cowboys
The vibes are glorious for Justin Fields this week as he's facing the 2025 cheat code, ie, Dallas. No defense has surrendered more fantasy points so far, as Jalen Hurts, Russell Wilson, Caleb Williams, and Jordan Love boast an average output of 27.5 against the Cowboys. Consider Fields a strong QB1 with top-five potential in Week 5.
