Randall Cobb to keep kick return duties

No matter how large Green Bay Packers receiver Randall Cobb's role grows on offense, don't expect him to be relieved of his return duties.

Cobb was everywhere in the Packers' 31-17 victory over the Arizona Cardinals, catching three passes for 37 yards, rushing three times for 29 yards and returning three kickoffs for 90 yards and three punts for 46 yards.

Despite the increased workload on offense, special teams coach Shawn Slocum said Cobb's ability is too important to the field position battle each week for him not to be on the return unit.

Fantasy Impact:

Cobb's ranked seventh in the NFL in punt return average at 11.1 yards per attempt and 10th in kickoff return average at 27.8 yards per attempt. Eventually, one would think he'll end up being relieved of his return duties as becomes the case with many star WRs, like DeSean Jackson for example. But for now, it's just potential bonus points for those who own Cobb.
