Panthers QB PJ Walker took all first-team reps Wednesday with QB Sam Darnold in concussion protocol.
Fantasy Impact:
Darnold was already a QB to target when streaming defenses. Walker would make the Patriots DST a top play this week.

Kyle Shanahan says the team hopes TE George Kittle (hamstring) returns to practice this week.
The 49ers could certainly use some good news on the injury front. Kittle has been out with a hamstring injury since Week 1, when he caught four balls for 25 yards and a TD. He would likely be a big-time target for whoever is playing quarterback for the 49ers. It's a Sunday night game against Atlanta in Week 7, so owners will need to monitor Kittle this week and have a plan in place.
Bills TE Dalton Kinkaid is OUT for Monday Night Football.
Related players: Dawson Knox, Cole Kmet
Kinkaid was able to practice this week but will not suit up for this week's game on Monday night. A lot of owners could be in a bit of a bind, but Knox could be a serviceable option on your wire. Kmet, of the Bears who also plays on Monday night, could also be an option.
Jonathan Gannon had no interest in the inevitable questions.
Will Kyler Murray remain the starting quarterback when he returns from his foot injury?
“Yeah.”
Why?
“He’s the starting quarterback.”
Related players: Jacoby Brissett
If you watched the Cardinals game you maybe couldn't help but notice the offense did seem to run a bit smoother with Brissett under center, even though the team fell to the Colts 31-37. Brissett threw for 320 yards and two TDs in the loss, he even ran for 19 more yards. It's possible Murray has to miss at least one more week according to some reports, so Brissett could get another chance, and it's another tough challenge against the Packers. The Cardinals do have a bye in Week 8.
