Panthers re-sign DeAngelo Williams to five-year deal

The Carolina Panthers and RB DeAngelo Williams reached agreement on a five-year, $43 million deal that includes $21 million in guaranteed money.

Fantasy Impact: 

We're feeling for Jonathan Stewart owners right now. Williams' return puts a big dent in The Daily Show's value -- with John Fox gone, the Panthers probably won't be quite as run-oriented, and there won't be enough carries for both Williams and Stewart to be quality RB2s. Mike Goodson takes a hit as well.

This is good news for Knowshon Moreno and Daniel Thomas, for now.
