49ers WR Deebo Samuel suffered an apparent injury during the second half against the Patriots.

Fantasy Impact:

Samuel was injured on a toss play during the 49ers' field goal drive to put the team up 33-6. Hopefully it's not serious, but probably safe to say his day is done with the 49ers pretty much having this game locked up.

It would have been an easy click for a Kendre Miller week if Kamara were forced to miss, but this puts the kibosh on that. Fire Kamara up as an RB2 this week in a game that may feature him even more than usual with no Carr.
