Gannon: TE Trey McBride will not play Sunday after concussion.

Fantasy Impact:

Elijah Higgins (4-41-1) is the only other tight end who has caught a pass this season, so he would presumably be the next man up, though some sort of rotation with third-round rookie Tip Reiman is likely in the cards. It would be nice to see Reiman carve out a bit of a role here for Dynasty managers in deep leagues, but no reason to start either of them in Week 4.

The Saints officially listed QB Derek Carr (left hand/concussion) as doubtful for Sunday vs. Washington. Jake Haener will make his first NFL start.

RB Alvin Kamara (illness) is off the injury report and good to go.

Fantasy Impact:

It would have been an easy click for a Kendre Miller week if Kamara were forced to miss, but this puts the kibosh on that. Fire Kamara up as an RB2 this week in a game that may feature him even more than usual with no Carr.
