LeSean McCoy has more competition this year and he's coming off his worst season ever, but despite the competition, all signs continue to point toward him as the starter. Frank Gore and Devin Singletary will get work, but they'll need McCoy to miss time to have fantasy value. McCoy's fantasy value will depend on the Bills offense taking a step forward in Josh Allen's second year, which is possible, but McCoy will need an outlier year to put up big numbers in his tenth season.
