Bills QB Josh Allen received a second opinion on his sprained elbow from Dr. James Andrews, and he doesn't need surgery.

The tweet went on to say that while he doesn't need surgery, the expectation as of now is Allen will miss at least two or three games, then be week-to-week from there, source said. Peterman or Anderson could start in Week 7 against the Bills.
