If healthy, Tim Hightower the starting RB in WAS

If healthy, RB Tim Hightower is the starting running back in Washington. HC Mike Shanahan just thinks he helps the most overall, as a runner, a pass-blocker and a receiver. But Hightower is coming off that ACL tear, and that could mean early-season opportunity for Roy Helu or Evan Royster.

Fantasy Impact: 

Helu looked like the RB of the future for the Redskins late last year, but the team re-signed Hightower and plan to use him if his ACL rehab comes along well. He tore his ACL in late October, so he's less than a year removed from his surgery. We'll see how he progresses in camp.
