Freddie Kitchens on not playing Rashard Higgins: "We're trying to play the players that give us the best chance of winning"

Speaking to the media Wednesday, Browns head coach Freddie Kitchens was asked about not having WR Rashard Higgins play offense against the Bengals and he said: "We're trying to play the players that give us the best chance of winning, and that's strictly a week-to-week thing."

Fantasy Impact: 

Higgins was thought to be the No. 3 receiver in Cleveland after the release of Antonio Callaway, but he played just 28 snaps in Week 13 against the Steelers and was an afterthought in Week 14. This isn't a resounding quote from the head coach either. He's buried behind Odell Beckham, Jarvis Landry and the league's leading rusher, Nick Chubb. Higgins can safely sit on the waiver wire.
