It’s been a long stretch for those of us living in the tight end streaming trenches, but the landscape finally opens up a bit heading into Week 13. Bye weeks are on a bye, a few names are returning from injury, and we’re starting to see some stability across usage rates and route participation after a chaotic midseason stretch. While touchdowns remain frustratingly inconsistent, there’s enough opportunity on the board to give us a little breathing room. Using 4for4’s schedule-adjusted fantasy points allowed (aFPA) as our guide, we’ll dig into this week’s best bets for chasing volume, red-zone work, and favorable matchups before the fantasy playoffs arrive.

Week 12 Recap

We went into last week knowing it was gonna be a brutal run for us in TE streaming streets, and the performances didn’t (or, pardon, did) disappoint. We got moderate usage out of our options, but middling yardage totals and a lack of touchdowns were our death knell. Luckily, we have far more legitimate options heading into Thanksgiving week, so let’s lick our wounds and push forward with some names that could actually swing a matchup.
