Tonight's NBA seven-game slate has a bunch of games with both injury and post-trade fluctuations in roles, leading me to target a couple of players that will benefit from the voids their teammates are leaving behind. With the Pascal Siakam trade and the Immanuel Quickley injury, we have a void in the Raptors lineup, and we also have the void in the Hornets that Terry Rozier has created for their star rookie.

January 26th NBA Player Prop Bets
As with every slate in the NBA, the biggest edge we have in sports betting is news. It is critical to follow the news up to tip off with lots of potential opportunities opening up. Brandon Miller (CHA) Over 18.5 Points (-110 FD)
Brandon Miller has scored 23, 27, 23, and 24 points in the past four games and has benefited a lot from the Hornets trading away Terry Rozier. The skill has been there and just needed the role and consistent play. His minutes have been up also, playing 39, 29, 35, and 35 minutes. Miller's true shooting over the past four games has been 71.7%, which is a significant increase on the season. I believe this scoring continues for Miller, and the books just haven't adjusted to his new role without Rozier.

RJ Barrett (TOR) Over 21.5 Points (-120 Bet365)
The Raptors are without Immanuel Quickley due to injury, and the trading of Pascal Siakam has left a void in scoring for the Raptors. Despite the tough matchup, the Clippers still have allowed opposing guards to score above this line. In the past two games the Clippers allowed DeAngelo Russell to score 27, and Mikal Bridges, 26.
Barrett in his own right has been playing great since joining the Raptors, nearly every category has seen an increase. He's playing 33.2 minutes, up from 29.5 minutes with the Knicks, while averaging 20.9 points on 55.8% shooting. Even his three-point shooting has improved from 33.1% to 37.5%.
