Week 9 NFL Player Props: Best Player Props to Bet From Connor Allen
Week 8 Recap: Week 8 was one to forget. I went 6-6 on my official plays but it was legitimately so close to an awesome week. You might be wondering how I could say that, but the reality was that four of the losses easily could have gone our way.
We played Dak Prescott under 242.5 passing yards and he had exactly 242 late in garbage time. On one of their last offensive plays, they ran a side shovel/lateral. To me, it looked like Prescott was even with the ball-carrier when he pitched it. He releases the ball at the 14-yard line and Malik Davis grabbed the ball at the 14-yard line. You can watch the replay below but it's crazy to think we lost a prop on a play they weren't even trying to pass.
Dak Prescott's passing prop opened at 242.5 yards against the Bears.
He was at 242 passing yards prior to this play. It was ruled a pass attempt and was his final one of the game.

We bet Sam Ehlinger over 21.5 rushing yards. He finished with 15 rushing yards in the box score but had not one, but two runs where he would have finished with more than 21 rushing yards. Both were called back due to holding. Brutal.
Raheem Mostert finished with 64 rushing yards—three short of his over. This was despite getting banged up on his first carry and playing a smaller role for the rest of the first half. Had he not gotten injured he likely would have finished with 75-80 rushing yards.
Robert Tonyan had three yards at halftime and six yards heading into the fourth quarter. Rodgers and the Packers decided to throw nearly every play in the fourth quarter and Tonyan proceeded to catch a 15-yarder and a 5-yarder on a long Packers drive. The Bills had a chance to run the clock out but couldn’t get the final first down needed. The Packers then got the ball back and Tonyan caught another 9-yard pass with two minutes left to bust our under of 32.5 receiving yards.
If just two of those went our way, an 8-4 week leaves us up a couple of units. If all four of them went our way we would be celebrating a 10-2 week. It’s just another reminder that a little bit of bad variance can truly make or break a week.
