Streaming Kickers: Week 4 Targets

We’re a kicker-friendly site at 4for4 and I’m here to provide a safe space for those who still play in leagues that utilize the kicker position. In fact, using kicker to your advantage is a great way to get a leg up on your opponents and gain potential league-winning points from week to week.

Focusing in on the team implied point totals, we can get a cumulative idea of how that offense will perform when it comes to settling for field goals, distance of kicks, and the like. For the second week in a row, my top recommendation scored the most fantasy points, so I’m off to run a victory lap or two. Matt Gay was the highest-scoring fantasy kicker with 15 points, followed by my second streamer, Dan Bailey with 12 points. Through three weeks, our optimal streamer has 42 fantasy points, good enough for the overall K1 on the season.

Mike Badgley (Chargers) @ Dolphins

This is of course if Badgley is a go this week, which hopefully he is. I’m adding an extra streamer to this top section in the event his groin is still an issue. The Chargers hold the golden ticket of facing Miami this week and are currently favored by 16.5 points on the road. The Chargers boast the highest implied team total on the week with 30.5. Badgley should have ample opportunities to use his leg on Sunday.

Due to his injury, Badgley is currently available on 92% of Yahoo! waiver wires.
