ARI WR Ted Ginn - Week 13, 2014 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 13 – Ted Ginn vs. Atlanta

Ted Ginn has failed to assert himself as a reliable sub-package receiver worth giving snaps to over Jaron Brown, so he is stuck as the WR4, even with Larry Fitzgerald hobbled. Fantasy owners should leave him on waivers, as it seems unlikely for his role to expand past return specialist duties at this point.

ARI WR Ted Ginn - Week 12, 2014 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 12 – Ted Ginn vs. Seattle
Ted Ginn has been relegated to spot duty and returns for the time being and is now vying for the WR4 job, and losing it to Jaron Brown. Ginn should remain on waivers in all league formats, except the rare occasion where a league has a separate RS spot.

ARI WR Ted Ginn - Week 11, 2014 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 11 – Ted Ginn vs. Detroit

Ted Ginn had one catch for 15 yards last week against the Rams, and he continues to fight for a role in the Cardinals offense. He’s seemingly been passed by not only rookie John Brown for the WR3 spot, but also by Jaron Brown for the WR4 position.

We’ll still see Ginn in some subpackages, but he’s far too risky of an option for fantasy owners to hold on to. He should be on waivers.

ARI WR Ted Ginn - Week 10, 2014 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 10 – Ted Ginn vs. St. Louis
Ted Ginn is still battling Jaron Brown for his position as the fourth receiver in Arizona, and he had two catches for 42 yards last week against the Cowboys. This is about the best you can hope for from the veteran however, as he’s mostly a return specialist and is buried behind a talented receiving corps. He should remain on waivers.

ARI WR Ted Ginn - Week 9, 2014 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 9 – Ted Ginn vs. Dallas
Ted Ginn didn’t catch a pass last week and remains a return specialist only in Arizona as the fourth receiver on the depth chart. Fantasy owners should leave him on waivers, as it seems unlikely that his status on the depth chart will change anytime soon.

ARI WR Ted Ginn - Week 8, 2014 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 8 – Ted Ginn vs. Philadelphia
Ted Ginn caught one pass for 17 yards against the Raiders last week and he continues to play the fourth wheel in Arizona, and fifth if you count Andre Ellington, the running back who was targeted a team high nine times last week. It’s unlikely that Ginn’s role expands with where he is on the depth chart, and there’s no reason for fantasy owners to add him to their rosters.

ARI WR Ted Ginn - Week 7, 2014 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 7 – Ted Ginn vs. Oakland
Ted Ginn didn’t catch a pass last week and was only targeted once against Washington. He did end up with over 50 yards in the return game, but only in rare fantasy leagues does that amount to much. Fantasy owners should leave him on waivers as he’s clearly fourth in the pecking order and not likely to put up big numbers in any given week.

ARI WR Ted Ginn - Week 6, 2014 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 6 – Ted Ginn vs. Washington

Ted Ginn was targeted twice this past week and he got a carry but wound up with negative yardage on the day and a fumble. Ginn just has not established himself in the Cardinals offense, and with quarterback injury problems plaguing the team right now, it seems a long shot to think Ginn will suddenly turn it around. As the fourth receiver on the team right now, Ginn should not be considered for a fantasy roster spot.

ARI WR Ted Ginn - Week 5, 2014 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 5 – Ted Ginn vs. Denver
Ted Ginn had one catch for eight yards in his last game, and he added a four yard rush to his totals. He remains the primary return specialist in Arizona, but has clearly been outplayed by small school rookie John Brown for the WR3 role for the Cardinals. Ginn shouldn’t be on a fantasy roster.

ARI WR Ted Ginn - Week 3, 2014 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 3 – Ted Ginn vs. San Francisco
Ted Ginn did what he does best last week, as he returned a punt 71 yards for a touchdown to help put the Cardinals on top in what was a close game against the Giants up until late. Ginn didn’t catch any passes though and has clearly been relegated to the WR4 role in Arizona behind rookie John Brown. As long as that’s the case, Ginn has very little fantasy value in most leagues.
