Scouting report

NYG QB Mike Glennon - Week 16 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 16 at Philadelphia Eagles

Mike Glennon threw three picks before being benched against the Cowboys last week. He’s in danger of being benched for Jake Fromm this week, but even if he starts, he’s not worth fantasy consideration, despite a nice matchup against an Eagles defense that ranks 21st in aFPA to opposing quarterbacks. Leave him on waivers.

NYG QB Mike Glennon - Week 15 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 15 vs. Dallas Cowboys

Mike Glennon had 191 yards, two touchdowns, a pick and a fumble last week against the Chargers. He also ran in a touchdown, but that doesn’t seem like a sustainable thing to count on. It was one carry and seven yards. Against a tough Dallas defense, Glennon should not be trusted in any format. Leave him on waivers.

NYG QB Mike Glennon - Week 13 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 13 at Miami Dolphins

Mike Glennon is expected to start against Miami's 27th ranked defense in aFPA to opposing quarterbacks. While the matchup looks decent at first glance, Miami has been better in recent weeks and Glennon offers very little to be excited about. Move along, and leave Glennon on waivers.

NYG QB Mike Glennon - Week 6 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 6 vs. Los Angeles Rams

Mike Glennon threw a touchdown and a pair of interceptions in relief of Daniel Jones last week against the Cowboys. Jones is facing concussion protocol, so Glennon could start this week. If so, he’s a bad start against the Rams’ 16th-ranked defense in aFPA to opposing quarterbacks. Aaron Donald might eat Glennon for dinner, and fantasy managers should steer clear.

JAX QB Mike Glennon - Week 17 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 17 at Indianapolis Colts
The Jaguars rotating QBs was back to Mike Glennon last week versus the Bears. He finished with 211 yards with two TDs and two INTS and will remain the starter for the finale on Sunday. This season Glennon has completed 62 percent of his attempts and thrown for five scores. In the Week 1 win over the Colts Gardner Minshew passed for three scores but there is no reason for you to start Glennon in the rematch.

JAX QB Mike Glennon - Week 14 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 14 vs. Tennessee Titans
In the loss at Minnesota last week, Mike Glennon threw for 280 yards and a TD but his interception in overtime led to the Vikings game-winning field goal. He connected with eight different pass catchers and has quickly built a good rapport with rookie Collin Johnson, who has caught four passes in both of Glennon’s starts. In the Week 2 loss at Tennessee, Gardner Minshew had a big day, throwing for over 300 yards and three scores, and Baker Mayfield just shredded the Titans pass defense last week. However, Glennon should only be used as a QB2 option.

JAX QB Mike Glennon - Week 13 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 13 at Minnesota Vikings
In his first start as a Jaguar, Mike Glennon nearly got his team to overtime versus the Browns, throwing for 235 yards and two scores in the loss. While his two-point conversion pass fell incomplete the offense had a better rhythm with the veteran at the helm. Even though he’ll be facing the Vikings' eighth-worst pass defense on Sunday, Glennon is just a QB2 option.
