Texans unsure if they'll have RB Lamar Miller Week 17

While Texans HC Bill O’Brien is planning to approach the game as usual, it’s not clear if running back Lamar Miller will be part of the mix. Miller didn’t play against Cincinnati because of an ankle injury.

Fantasy Impact: 

O’Brien said Miller’s feeling better, but the bigger picture may still win out when it comes time to making out the lineup. Blue would likely see a big workload in Week 17 if Miller doesn't play.

Texans RB Lamar Miller (ankle, questionable) missed practice all week and is questionable for Week 16. Miller had an MRI on his ankle but says he’ll be able to play through it. He missed practice all week, which is worrisome. Akeem Hunt had the most carries of the Houston backups, but Alfred Blue and Jonathan Grimes would also be involved if Miller were to miss Week 16. The Texans play on Saturday night, so hopefully we’ll get some guidance from Adam Schefter or Ian Rapoport early Saturday.
