DEN WR Jerry Jeudy - Week 15 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 15 at Detroit Lions
Jerry Jeudy's abysmal 2023 season continued last week when he caught two of six targets for 16 scoreless yards. Jeudy has been woefully inefficient this season, earning only 1.57 fantasy points per target and his 8.2 fantasy points per game ranks 61st at his position. Amazingly, Jeudy has yet to finish inside the top 24 fantasy scorers at wide receiver in any week this season. Despite a 20% target share, Jeudy has consistently failed to produce this season regardless of matchup, and a soft opponent in the Lions in Week 15 is still not enough to vault Jeudy into the flex discussion.

DEN WR Jerry Jeudy - Week 14 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 14 at Los Angeles Chargers
Jerry Jeudy logged another forgettable performance in Week 13 by catching three of four targets for 51 scoreless yards. Jeudy has not developed much in terms of chemistry with Russell Wilson as the two often look out of sync on the field, resulting in Wilson favoring Courtland Sutton for targets. Jeudy's target share for the season has now dropped below 20%, and he still only has one touchdown on the year. Jeudy and the Broncos get a great matchup against a leaky Chargers secondary this week, but he has failed to produce in positive matchups all season. Jeudy is only a starting option in really deep leagues where you are looking for upside and can tolerate a subterranean floor.

DEN WR Jerry Jeudy - Week 13 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 13 at Houston Texans
Jerry Jeudy finished with a paltry 2-11-0 line on just three targets in Week 12 as Russell Wilson only attempted 22 passes against a vicious Cleveland defense. Jeudy's yards per route run checks in at a lowly 1.53 on the season, and he has just one touchdown on the year. Jeudy's 8.7 fantasy points per game ranks 56th at his position, which is hard to believe given his preseason expectations. The Broncos get a significantly better matchup this week against a leaky Houston pass defense, but Jeudy is consistently finishing second fiddle to Courtland Sutton in the passing game and the Broncos are throwing with such limited volume that the offense cannot support more than one pass catcher. Jeudy is best left on fantasy benches this week.

DEN WR Jerry Jeudy - Week 11 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 11 vs. Minnesota Vikings
Jerry Jeudy came up with a couple big catches on Monday night, but only saw three targets in the game and could only manage 35 yards on that limited usage. Jeudy has taken a clear backseat to Courtland Sutton in Sean Payton's offensive scheme, and the Denver offense is simply not prolific enough to support more than one pass catcher as a fantasy asset on a weekly basis. Jeudy is going to get the short end of the stick more weeks than not, which makes him an extremely risky and low-floor fantasy option. A Week 11 matchup with the Vikings' pedestrian secondary is not concerning, but Jeudy's lack of production in 2023 is. He is best left on benches this week for fantasy managers.

DEN WR Jerry Jeudy - Week 10 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 10 at Buffalo Bills
Jerry Jeudy only played 57% of the offensive snaps in Week 8 before the bye and caught just two passes on six targets, but he made them count by totaling 50 yards and his first touchdown of 2023. Jeudy's snap share has been suppressed of late, which is inevitably hurting his fantasy prospects, and he seems to have fallen into a secondary role behind Courtland Sutton. Buffalo is not an overly imposing matchup for opposing wideouts, but Jeudy has a low floor given his current role and offensive environment. Until we see Jeudy become a full-time player and see more opportunity, he is a shaky flex play at best.

DEN WR Jerry Jeudy - Week 8 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 8 vs. Kansas City Chiefs
Jerry Jeudy logged another nondescript performance in Week 7 by catching all five of his targets for 64 scoreless yards. Jeudy's 21% target share on the season barely trails teammate Courtland Sutton's, but Jeudy has been far less productive with his opportunities. Jeudy has zero touchdowns compared to Sutton's five, and Jeudy's 1.62 yards per route run is far from impressive. Jeudy's best bet for fantasy relevance this season may be a trade out of Denver, but for now he will line up with Russell Wilson and company in a very difficult matchup against the Chiefs this weekend. A trade would obviously have a big impact on Jeudy's fantasy stock, potentially in a positive way, but for Week 8 he is not an attractive option.

DEN WR Jerry Jeudy - Week 7 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 7 vs. Green Bay Packers
It was a rough Thursday Night Football for Jerry Jeudy last week. First, he got torched by Steve Smith Jr. for being average on the pregame show, then he dropped a complete dud in the actual game by posting three catches for 14 scoreless yards on five targets. It's not difficult to see where Smith was coming from, as Jeudy has been completely unremarkable through five games this season. Jeudy's counting stats are unimpressive as he has yet to score a touchdown and ranks outside the top-40 in receptions and receiving yards amongst WRs. Jeudy's efficiency metrics are similarly mediocre, with him struggling to crack the top-50 in yards per route run and yards per target. The Packers are not an overly imposing matchup in Week 7, but Jeudy has not been good this year and makes for a scary fantasy proposition.
