Seahawks RB Rashaad Penny (hamstring, questionable) took limited practice reps Friday and is questionable for Week 4. It looks like Penny may play but he's at less than 100%, so he'll likely see a reduced role behind Chris Carson.

Seahawks say they still believe in RB Chris Carson

Pete Carroll on Chris Carson, who has lost three fumbles in as many games: "Because we do believe in him, we're going to continue to show him that."

Related players: Rashard Penny

Fantasy Impact:

Penny didn't play in Week 3 because of a hamstring, but was pretty good in Week 2. It's possible he becomes more of a factor, but for now it looks like Carson will get his work. There was a ton of hype regarding Carson leading up to the season but his stock seems to be slipping a bit.

Seahawks RB Rashaad Penny (hamstring, questionable) for Week 3. Penny apparently injured himself during the team's walkthrough on Friday. If he's out, C.J. Prosise would get a boost, but we would expect Chris Carson to handle the vast majority of touches. The Seahawks play late on Sunday.

Bills RB Devin Singletary (hamstring, out) missed practice all week and is out for Week 3. Frank Gore figures to see a big workload in a great matchup against the Bengals. T.J. Yeldon figures to see a few touches as a change-of-pace back and as a receiver.

Seahawks Beat: Team didn't want to give up on RB C.J. Prosise

Seattle Times

Aug 25, 2019 · 8:02 PM EDT

Saturday night, C.J. Prosise again showed his vast promise, leading the Seahawks with 32 yards on five carries, one a hard-fought 1-yard touchdown, and also had one reception for 15 yards.

Related players: Chris Carson, Rashaad Penny

Fantasy Impact:

Prosise has played in just 16 of 48 games in his career. Carroll said he didn't want to give up on Prosise despite all his injuries, and it looks like he's going to make the 53-man roster the story said. Prosise and the Seahawks will likely run the ball a lot this year, but Prosise will still play behind Carson and Penny.
