After Austin Davis and the Browns tanked in a miserable 37-3 home loss to the Bengals on Sunday, it re-opened the door for Johnny Manziel to come back and play. The story believes someone from the executive office made this decision above HC Mike Pettine. If the entire organization was really against playing Manziel he could have just been cut as plenty of great teams and great coaches have not been afraid to cut high, troubled picks if the circumstances call for it, the story added.
