Recent national reports suggest 49ers tight end Vernon Davis has moved to wide receiver. That has not been the case at all. Davis took part in all the individual drills at tight end. Then -- as he usually does -- he ran a handful of routes with the wide receivers at the end of the individual period. Once the 49ers went into 7-on-7 and team drills, Davis lined up tight end with no snaps at wide receiver. He played one snap in the slot.
