TEN QB Vince Young back with first team

Jeff Fisher said he was looking for a spark when he benched Vince Young on Sunday, but the decision ignited a bigger debate about the potential damage it did to the quarterback's psyche.

Young was back with the first team in practice Wednesday and will start against the Giants on Sunday, yet the fifth-year pro said he didn't "have the slightest idea" why he was pulled in the fourth quarter of one of his worst games.

"Hard feelings? Like I said, I was upset about it,'' Young said. "But I have moved on from it.''

Discussion about Fisher's decision won't go away after the first snap in New York or even after the final horn. And while two former NFL quarterbacks said Young shouldn't be looking over his shoulder every time he hits a rough patch, they agreed that shrugging off the episode could prove to be a challenge.
