Sanchez says shoulder is best it's felt in 3-4 weeks

Mark Sanchez said the progress on his shoulder is continuing steadily, and that he feels like he's at the best point in his recovery in nearly a month.
"I was full practice today for the first time in a while, and that was huge," Sanchez said at his locker today. "We know it's getting better and that's the most important thing, week by week it's getting better, so I'll be ready to go."
Since he admitted as much, Sanchez was asked if he would reveal how bad the injury actually was during it's lowest points — a time before the Chicago game when Jets coach Rex Ryan thought he may need to sit out.
But Sanchez didn't delve into specifics, just noting the continued improvement.
"It's feeling good, it's feeling good now, that's the most important thing but it's nothing our trainers can't handle," he said.
