Roethlisberger would miss game for birth of son

Ben Roethlisberger will soon be a father for the first time. And while the Steelers hope he and his wife will welcome into the world a healthy baby boy, they also hope the child is born on a weekday.

On Friday during an interview on the Dan Patrick Radio Show, the Steelers quarterback said he will be with his wife when their son is born. When asked what the couple will name their son, Roethlisberger said ”I’ll let you know in like two weeks.”

Fantasy Impact: 

Fantasy owners are hoping it's a weekday as well, but if it's a Sunday, Ben apparently has the support of teammates, coaches and upper management. The official due date isn't known, but the Steelers play the Ravens on Nov. 18, and are at the Browns on Nov. 25.
