The highly anticipated return of Derrius Guice officially began Monday, when the second-year running back was back on the Washington Redskins’ practice field. The 2018 second-round pick tore the meniscus in his right knee during the season opener and was placed on injured reserve days later.

The story said this is the first week he is eligible to return to practice under league rules, and Guice could come off injured reserve and be eligible to play before the Redskins host the New York Jets on Nov. 17. The Skins play at Buffalo Sunday before a bye week.
