According to multiple league sources, the Redskins briefly discussed signing the ex- Falcons quarterback Michael Vick and came to a quick and unanimous conclusion. It would not work here. It’s a message league sources say has been consistent since January.

Egbuka missed practice Wednesday but was able to get a limited practice in on Friday, a positive sign for Sunday. The Bucs are already dealing with a number of injuries, particularly on the offensive and defensive lines. Egbuka has already busted onto the scene with three tackles touchdowns in his first two NFL games.

Worthy is making progress, as he was limited all week in practice and was initially listed as questionable. The Chiefs may just be being cautious with Worthy this early in the season. But this could lead one to believe Worthy could be back in Week 4.
