Ravens WR Mike Wallace has concussion

WR Mike Wallace (concussion) has been ruled out for the rest of the game.

After catching a short pass, Wallace was fighting forward for a few extra yards while being held upright. Then a Vikings defender drilled him in the head, sending his helmet flying and the ball coming out. It left Wallace on the ground.

Fantasy Impact:

Wallace was able to walk off with trainers the story said. Other reports had him fighting to go back in the game.

Chiefs hopeful to have WR Xavier Worthy (shoulder) for Week 4

Ahead of Sunday's game against the Baltimore Ravens (4:25 p.m. ET, CBS), the Chiefs are optimistic Xavier Worthy will be able to play a limited role for the offense while wearing a small harness. Patrick Mahomes and HC Andy Reid say they are confident the Chiefs can continue to be successful on deep passes with Tyquan Thornton running routes alongside Worthy. By Week 7, Mahomes' dropbacks could feature him having a combination of quality options -- such as Travis Kelce, Thornton, Worthy, Rashee Rice and Hollywood Brown.

Slowly the Chiefs offense is starting to get healthy and back to what everyone envisioned at the start of the season. Worthy has a chance to play in Week 4 but the team is already saying he'll be limited, so fantasy owners will want to monitor just how much Worthy will play or maybe in what situations.

Titans HC Brian Callahan no longer calling plays

After an ugly start to the season, Titans head coach Brian Callahan has fired himself as the offensive play caller in Tennessee.

The team announced today that quarterbacks coach Bo Hardegree will call plays.

Fantasy Impact:

Titans offensive coordinator Nick Holz will remain in place, an unusual arrangement in which a team has an offensive coordinator but another assistant gets the play calling responsibility, the story points out. Callahan went 3-14 last season and so the leash may be getting shorter for him and his staff.
