James Robinson, Marvin Jones go to go for Week 14

Jaguars HC Urban Meyer told reporters Friday that RB James Robinson (heel/knee) and WR Marvin Jones will play Week 14 against the Tennessee Titans.

Fantasy Impact:

Jones was given the veteran's rest treatment, but the green light being given for Robinson is big since Jacksonville faces one of the better run defenses in the NFL.

This is clearly a detriment to Zach Wilson's sophomore season if the tests come back positive. If the baton gets passed to Mike White, we could see some extreme short-yardage usage for the running back tandem of Breece Hall and Michael Carter

Schefter continues to say that it is "not considered serious." Tashan Reed of The Athletic reported that the time away for Waller has meant more looks for Foster Moreau, who has "looked to be more well-rounded as a receiver and blocker." Darren Waller can't take another seismic hit to his value and still remain a fourth-round fantasy pick; he's already being squeezed out of target share from newly-acquired Davante Adams.

Tutu Atwell —all 165 pounds of him— is incredibly unlikely ever to become an every-down player, but the Rams presumably took him with the 57th-overall selection in the 2021 NFL Draft for a reason. The article mentions that if the season started tomorrow, with Van Jefferson still sidelined, that there would be a committee approach behind Cooper Kupp and Allen Robinson. It's a long shot, but if Atwell can squeeze into a WR3 role for the Rams he would become an interesting late-round addition to best ball, "non-managed" leagues.
