David Montgomery (groin) out 2-4 weeks

According to Ian Rapoport on Twitter, Chicago Bears running back David Montgomery will be sidelined from two to four weeks with a groin injury.

David Montgomery went down with a groin injury yesterday, but was able to walk off the field on his own power. According to Ian Rapoport, the timeline gives Montgomery a chance to be ready for the Bears opener against the Detroit Lions. Tarik Cohen would likely see a major workload increase if Montgomery were to miss any time. Our 33rd ranked running back for the 2020 season, Montgomery will need to improve his efficiency and see more involvement in the passing game to exceed our projections.
