Washington Football Team has released RB Adrian Peterson, according to John Keim of ESPN.

Fantasy Impact:

Friday morning comes with news of another running back let go. It will be interesting to see if any team has a need for the 35-year old. Even with Peterson out of the fold, Washington has Antonio Gibson, J.D. McKissic, Peyton Barber, and Bryce Love on their roster.

It would have been an easy click for a Kendre Miller week if Kamara were forced to miss, but this puts the kibosh on that. Fire Kamara up as an RB2 this week in a game that may feature him even more than usual with no Carr.
