Steelers receiver Antonio Brown threw reporters a curve ball after Sunday’s win over the Giants, saying that he has a high ankle sprain but that he’ll play next Monday night against the Chiefs.
Per a league source, it’s not a high ankle sprain. And it’s not regarded as severe.
If Brown can't play in Week 10, Emmanuel Sanders figures to be a solid start in a decent matchup against the Chiefs. He caught two passes for 20 yards and a TD against the Giants.
