Week 8 DraftKings & FanDuel Showdown Strategy: Sunday Night NFL DFS for Eagles @ Commanders
Make us preferred on GoogleSunday Night Football in Week 8 was a game to circle on the preseason schedule. You’d look at a compelling divisional rivalry between two of the league’s best quarterbacks—and fantasy quarterbacks—and be excited for the matchup. I can’t imagine most people expected that we would have seen only four weeks of Jayden Daniels by this point or, more importantly, that he would be going to battle with Tanner McKee on the opposing sideline. Moreover, I’m not sure anyone expected this to be a matchup between NFC East bottom-dwellers—two teams with a combined three wins this season.
Nonetheless, Jayden Daniels is healthy for this one, and although their window is closing, the Commanders could still make a playoff run with him at the helm and playing at the level he has over the last two weeks. The Eagles are expected to struggle without Hurts, but Saquon Barkley enters the game without an injury designation and is a threat any time he’s on the field and fully healthy.
