Week 7 IDP Matchups to Exploit & Streaming Options
In this space, the weekly targets will range from individual players and positional groups to entire defensive units. IDP leagues are like snowflakes, so if you have specific questions, jump into our subscriber Discord, find the IDP channel, and tag me with any questions you have.
Some of you play in leagues where all of these players are already owned, and some of you play in IDP leagues where only 3-4 players are rostered on each team, so the players listed below might not even be on your radar.
The goal here is to highlight the game environments and individual matchups that are worth exploring when you're making your waiver claims or start/sit decisions. All of this data feeds into the projections and rankings, so always start there, but again, come find me in our subscriber Discord.

Week 7 IDP Matchups to Exploit
Buffalo, Jacksonville, the Chargers, and Washington are on bye, so double-check your lineups. Tennessee gets Deshaun Watson at the lowest total on the board; the Jets and Dolphins give us two quarterbacks who can't stay upright in a 39-point game; Houston is a 10-point favorite against what's likely to be J.J. McCarthy's first start with the Giants.
Tennessee Gets Deshaun Watson
Cleveland beat Baltimore 13-10 on Sunday, and we could see another slog here with the Titans and Browns. This one has a 38.5-point total at the time of this writing, the lowest of the week. Watson has been sacked 24 times in six games, which works out to 10.8% of his dropbacks, the highest rate in the league. And that's mostly on Watson. The Browns' line sits right in the middle of the pack in pressure allowed, with Tytus Howard (15 pressures) the one spot worth picking on. He's holding the ball, and the Titans get to take advantage.
Jeffery Simmons is the must-start option, and Jacob Martin (0.40) is the deeper streaming name. He's only at 57-62% of snaps, well short of that 70% threshold we love, but he's rushing the passer on 69% of them, with 9 pressures and 2.5 sacks. We also saw Jermaine Johnson's best game of the season last week against the Colts, and he's a fringe option in medium-to-deeper leagues this week.
